• • High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• CPR and first aid certification.
• Completion of Mandatory DDA training within two months of hire
• Completion of criminal background check.
• 6 months social service or life experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle and good driving record.
• Comfortable with assisting clients with hygiene and light household duties
• Availability to work shifts.
• Outstanding organizational and people skills.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• DSP: 2 years (Required)
• Direct support: 2 years (Required)
